3. Information We Collect

While our product is running (including in the background), we need to collect your device's unique identification codes and related identifier information to identify users and provide statistical analysis services. We also analyze app launch data and error logs to improve performance and user experience and provide better services.

Depending on the operating system and device type you use, device identifiers we may process include but are not limited to: on Android, IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID, OAID, SIM card IMSI information, etc.; on iOS, IDFA, IDFV, etc.; on HarmonyOS NEXT, where Android ID does not apply, we may obtain OAID (HarmonyOS), ODID (HarmonyOS), AAID (HarmonyOS), and other device identifiers provided by HarmonyOS through system capabilities and integrated SDKs (such as Huawei Petal Ads SDK), under lawful and compliant, minimum-necessary principles, for purposes consistent with Android/iOS versions including statistical analysis, ad delivery and attribution, anti-fraud, and service security.

4. How We Use Personal Information

Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

(1) Ensuring normal operation of Sudoku Control and related services

Please note that after you agree to this Privacy Policy, the app will request the following relevant permissions. To provide services and ensure normal product operation, when you open the app and network interaction data is generated on the home screen, we collect basic device information including:

① Hardware model, device IP address, operating system version, clipboard information, and network hardware address (MAC): used for device security verification and ensuring normal app operation; collected when users generate browsing data and provided to third-party SDKs during ad display (see third-party SDK list below) to analyze ad delivery effectiveness; for better ad cooperation, we may obtain sensor information (such as gyroscope, accelerometer, and gravity sensors) and installed app list information, and may obtain user MAC information while the app runs in the background.

② Software version number, network access method and type, operation logs, and storage card permissions: collected and requested when discovering new versions for version management and updates.

③ If you use this app on HarmonyOS NEXT, we will also process personal information and permission requests related to that operating system through system interfaces or third-party SDKs as functionally required under lawful and compliant principles (subject to system permission prompts and SDK documentation). Device identifiers may include OAID (HarmonyOS), ODID (HarmonyOS), AAID (HarmonyOS), and other identifiers provided by HarmonyOS, for purposes including product operation, ad display and effectiveness statistics, anti-fraud, and security risk control, consistent with other provisions of this Policy and the third-party SDK list below.

(2) Third-party SDK list

This software integrates the following third-party SDKs. When you use these products and services, they may also collect your information. When third-party SDKs provide products and services to you, they may obtain the following permissions:

Please understand that as our business develops, the features and services of Sudoku Control may be adjusted. In principle, when new features or services are related to the scenarios listed above, the personal information collected and used will have a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose. In scenarios without a direct or reasonable connection to the original purpose, we will inform you again and obtain your consent before collecting and using your personal information.

(4) Exceptions where consent is not required by law
